Building upon the established success of the existing Sea Breeze development, Scott Brownrigg's Ribbon Tower acts as a focal point to a wider masterplan proposal for a highly diverse, inclusive, and healthy environment with the ability to flex and grow to exceed expectations far into the future.
The Oasis Crescent acts as a pivotal element and interface between the existing Sea Breeze masterplan and the extension to the west. Oasis Crescent's architectural design pays homage to the elegance of the distinctive crescent and star shape, uniquely visible when viewed from above, celebrating and respecting the nation’s rich cultural heritage. A powerful symbol embracing culture and referential belonging, hotels, residential units, beach bars and the creation of a marina combine to provide a unique island.
Within the crescent's embrace lies a star-shaped islet crowned by a majestic Residential tower. Standing as a symbol of hope and maritime tradition linked to the Caspian Sea, Ribbon Tower is the tallest of a family of seven beacon ‘lighthouses’ to dot the Sea Breeze coastline and navigation and wayfinding across the development.
Ribbon Tower provides unique luxury accommodation and spaces for recreation along a new marina within it's elegant form. The star-shaped islet, coupled with the tower, completes the visual poetry of Oasis Crescent, adding a touch of magic to the island's silhouette.
