For the fit-out of a new five floor workspace dedicated to research and training. Creating a highly secure space that effectively reflects the technology firm’s brand, culture and ethos, and facilitates innovation, creativity and collaboration.
While our client uses the latest scientific techniques and advanced data analysis methods to predict movements in global markets, our design concept applies these same techniques and methods to the natural world to generate unique patterns that influence the design, layout and finishes throughout the project.
The LEED gold and BREEAM Excellent fit-out features spaces specifically designed for a neurodiverse workforce, including an orthogonal shaped space called the tuneable hub. It also comprises a range of spaces for focus work, collaboration, socialising and wellbeing, linked together vertically by a staircase which provides communication between all floors and features a central kinetic pendant light.
