Malacca Street Tower
This conceptual design is for a 50 storey tower in the heart of Singapore. The scheme will be highly visible from every major vantage point towards the commercial core of the city and will be a new landmark on the skyline.
The lower levels have been designed to be retail to connect into Raffles Place and the upper storeys provide office space with interconnecting sky gardens.
The design incorporates a sustainable approach where the cladding of the tower
is arranged to encourage natural air flows through the internal spaces at low
pressure to assist passive cooling.
