Jason Molina is a Technical Designer at SB+C Architecture, D.P.C. Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in the Philippines, his experience of living in diverse places has contributed to his growing interest in architecture and urban design. He moved to New York City in 2008 where he first started his career working on single-family home renovations and downtown revitalization studies.

Jason currently takes on challenging responsibilities at SB+C, working alongside his colleagues on various projects such as landmark building restorations and midscale apartment renovations, Jason has honed in on his attention to detail and expanded his competence in the intricacies of zoning and building code. He has completed multiple zoning studies for potential developments in Manhattan ranging from a mixed-use church building in East Harlem to a high-rise office tower on Park Avenue.

Jason is a Class 2 NYC Code and Zoning Representative. He received a Master of Architecture in Urban and Regional Design with Distinction from the New York Institute of Technology.
