Scott Brownrigg’s extensive refurbishment of commercial office building, Victoria Gate in Woking has been highly commended at the Office Agents Society (OAS) Development Awards.

Victoria Gate was one of four buildings shortlisted for Best Refurbishment / Regeneration outside of London. The winners were announced on 14 June at the awards ceremony at the Tower of London.

The OAS Development Awards is the only event judged and awarded by agents and property experts who recognise excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK and City of London & West End markets

Scott Brownrigg designed and delivered the original Victoria Gate in 1986 for Norwich Union. Thirty years later, we revisited the building to bring it up to 21st Century standards for the competitive commercial market.

Recognition for this scheme has included winning the BCO Refurbished/Recycled Award for the South of England and South Wales region, and making the shortlist for the AJ Retrofit Award.
