Sea Breeze has been shortlisted in the World Architectural Festival Awards (WAF) in the Future Project: Masterplanning category. 

Positioning Azerbaijan as a sustainable, world class tourist destination for the future. The Sea Breeze masterplan is an 18km area of land alongside the picturesque coast of the Caspian Sea. The  proposals build upon the established success of the existing Sea Breeze development, creating a highly diverse, inclusive, and healthy environment with the ability to flex and grow to exceed expectations far into the future.

Now in its 16th year, the World Architecture Festival (WAF) is the world’s largest festival and live awards competition dedicated to celebrating and sharing architectural excellence from across the globe. 

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony which will take place in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore from 6-8 November.
