Reporting to the Network Infrastructure Manager, the IT Support Analyst role will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. The role will enable you to develop your coding skills within a business environment, helping end users and the Technology Team as well as supporting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The role has the option to be based in London, Chiswick or Guildford while providing support to all company offices as part of the Technology Team. This role will require occasional travel to other company sites and out of hours working.
