Scott Brownrigg Interior Design’s fit-out for a Global Management Consultant based in London was shortlisted for the 2013 London and South East regional award for the Fit-out of Workspace category.

Reinforcing the BCO’s primary objective, to define excellence in office space, its annual Awards Programme provides public recognition for top quality design, innovation, functionality and best practice; and provides a benchmark for excellence in workplaces.

The successful CAT B fit-out covers 90,000 sq ft over floors 1-3 and 5-8 and basement and lower ground floors and incorporates both cellular and open plan spaces, team meeting rooms, staff break-out spaces, a client lounge and meeting suite; a health and wellness area and a staff gym located in the basement.

Each floor is divided into two ‘villages’ which are connected via a ‘village green’ tea point area and allow both villages to come together. Each village has its own team meeting room and sector box, showcasing the individual sector’s presence within the market.

The main hub and heart of the building is provided within the first floor break-out area on level one; here the slab has been broken through to level two to create a stunning double height space with a connecting feature stair to the workspace on level two.
